Santé Staffing is looking for daytime caregivers (M/F) for a nursing home located in the Saint Gaudens area. As a Care Assistant, your main mission will be to provide hygiene, comfort and prevention care to residents. You will also participate in the development of patient care plans in collaboration with the nurse, and you will ensure the traceability of care by completing the files of the residents in your care. You will help them with daily activities such as getting up, washing, getting dressed, eating and going to bed. You will also be able to organize and lead leisure activities and outings to encourage socialization and maintain physical and mental stimulation. Know-how: - Knowledge of hygiene rules - Management of emergency situations - Organizational skills - Knowledge of care protocols.
