We are looking for one of our clients, a Clinic located in the Quint Fonsegrives area, a Nurse (M/F) on a permanent night contract. Located less than 10 kilometers from Toulouse city center, the SMR clinic is a multi-purpose geriatric medical and rehabilitation care facility. With 120 beds, including 5 dedicated to palliative care, the structure supports patients in their rehabilitation and medical care related to their pathology or following surgery. Main missions: You provide preventive, curative or palliative nursing care, aimed at promoting, maintaining and restoring health. You contribute to the continuity of care by traceability of the care provided and by communicating targeted information to the various stakeholders involved in care. You participate in the implementation of the quality approach, the establishment project and the evaluation of practices. You contribute to health education and support individuals or groups in their care pathway in connection with their therapeutic project. You will also work as part of a multi-professional team, independently and/or collaboratively. The position's hours are night: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
