We are recruiting a State Registered Nurse M/F, on a permanent contract, for a nursing home with approximately 60 residents, located in Entre Deux-Mers near Créon, full-time. Position to be filled from 01/11/2024. The establishment is located 35 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Libourne and 30 minutes from Langon. By joining the team, you will contribute to providing quality nursing care, adapted to the specific needs of each individual, while creating a calm and respectful environment for all. You will provide comprehensive, attentive and personalized care for each resident, by providing nursing care in line with medical prescriptions (very accessible medical team with the presence of a coordinating doctor 2 days / week + very available private doctors during the day). A reference nurse involved in care projects facilitates the organization of care activities, from admission to daily life, in close collaboration with a close-knit and attentive multidisciplinary team (Psychologist who intervenes 2.5 days / week, Physiotherapist, Speech therapist, occupational therapist intervention ...) "No Blues in my Blouse" --> The establishment promotes a caring and flexible work environment, where everyone finds their professional / personal balance (12.5-hour day paid over 12 hours; work 1 weekend / 3; flexible schedule with the team in place if you need to free yourself occasionally; decisions taken collectively on establishment projects, the organization of care, the organization of days ...). Work meetings are organized for a permanent improvement of the QVCT of the establishment: be participatory, it is the will of the management team! In your daily tasks, you will appreciate easy management thanks to a medical secretariat taking care of the administrative aspects and the planning of residents' appointments. Personalized support will be offered upon your arrival with a careful integration process, meetings with HR, support and care teams. Remuneration valued according to the FEHAP Convention (CCN 51) with 100% seniority recovery, SEGUR bonuses, allowances for Sundays and public holidays.
