Key figures: - approximately 50 million B - 2 million acts - 90% accredited The continuity of care is ensured by the presence of 2 technicians on duty on site 24 hours a day and by a common biochemistry-microbiology standby and a standby specializing in hematology. The hematology-immunology sector includes the following facilities: An automated technical platform (cytology/hemostasis) A specialized cytology bench (10-15 myelograms/week) A specialized hemostasis bench (including platelet aggregometry) An autoimmunity bench (IFI, ELISA, Bioflash, immunodots) An allergy bench (Immunocap 250) A flow cytometry bench (phenotyping of blood diseases) A molecular biology bench
