We are looking for one of our clients, an EHPAD located in the Pin Balma area, a Nurse (M/F) on a permanent contract starting in January 2025, part-time (40%) This position is still 12 hours but one day worked per week (and one week in the month 2 days) It is a small establishment of 54 residents (with a UP of 12 residents). The nurse is alone but during the week there is the IDEC in support and on weekends the secretary The structure is in a pleasant environment, and is family-oriented. The team is young and there are many projects We are looking for a profile capable of being autonomous, of guiding the caregivers in place but who wants to work in a caring environment Located in Toulouse, close to public transport, the Residence benefits from a calm and caring environment Main missions: You carry out nursing care to promote the state of health and autonomy of the people welcomed. You contribute to the continuity of care by traceability of the care provided and by communicating targeted information to the various stakeholders in care. You participate in the implementation of the quality approach, the establishment project and the evaluation of practices Hours: 10-hour work period Additional remuneration: Increased overtime Bonuses
