Hours: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Your missions: - Assess the state of health of a person and analyze the care situations - Design, define and plan personalized care projects - Provide preventive, curative or palliative care aimed at promoting, maintaining and restoring health - Carry out therapeutic education and support for patients - Participate in patient care - Welcome, inform and support the relatives of patients hospitalized in the department - Provide technical assistance during care provided by the doctor - Monitor the evolution of the person's state of health - Professional monitoring and research
