Skills / Profile description: You have significant initial experience in a medical-social structure. You know and know how to apply HACCP standards. You are proficient in different modified textures: mixed, liquid, etc. You enjoy teamwork, enjoy concocting delicious, adapted dishes, are creative and rigorous.

You are a cook in a medical-social establishment such as EHPAD and you are looking for occasional replacements. You will be in charge of preparing and making residents' menus according to the different diets. You will monitor food traceability, ensure and participate in the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises, and in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Receiving goods and managing stocks will also be tasks that you will have to carry out on a daily basis. Possible work on weekends.
